I was told to come in at 12:30 got there & the receptionist wasn't there. After a while someone even turned off the lights. I still waited another 30 min. Finally the receptionist gets there & i explained to her she should put i sign that she will be gone. But she said i should know that she be gone. How I should magically know that is beyond me. But why schedule people at a time you know you won't be there. My time is just as value as yours. Very unprofessional.
Was put on hold for 11 minutes. Nobody came back and checked in the call.
