Went to get a blood test today that I was instructed to do before my next visit. I did just that and they refused to do it because my doctor had left Houston Methodist and I was using a different doctor that they recently assigned me. My PSA and A1C were out of range and they would not take the blood test until I saw the new doctor. This is totally bad customer service regardless of their company policy to make me wait to see the new doctor. Just another poor service practice.
