I scheduled an annual checkup appointment on May 21 for my son to get his high school sport physical form signed. but the office canceled it without notice and rescheduled us for July as new appointment, when my son will be out of town. We called office if the doctor can make accommodations or change to another doctor in June when the form should be due. But the office does not want to help and let us pay extra $25 for the form if we want it to be signed in June, even the inconvenience was caused by the office.
Thank you Dr. Ismail and HM front staff for doing everything you could to get me my steroid inhaler today, last minute, AND dealing with insurance denials. Hard to decide to go back to my primary doctor with the care I am given here
