I’ve been a patient of Dr. Muthuswamy for over 8 years. Over time, I started to notice certain changes including situations where she would go against her patients wishes. After my recent experience it confirmed my decision to move on. I appreciate the care I’ve received over the years and wish her the best.

I’ve called 10 times trying to reach the care team at this clinic. No one answers the phone, and the automated system hangs up on me after I say, “No, I do not want a call back. Please transfer me back to the line to speak to the clinic.” What kind of service is this hospital providing? I had an appointment at 4:15, and the blood lab closes at 4:45 p.m. I made it to the clinic, but no one informed me—before I paid the co-pay—that I wouldn’t be able to complete my blood work.
