The office staff his office SUCK! They do not response promptly (it can be up to 2 days) and they do not communicate with patient or do what they tell you they are going to do.
Dr Sara Bakhtiar is a fabulous, caring Dr. I’m very glad to have her as my Primary Care Dr.
Dr. Thomas and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the visit smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to find a team this kind and efficient — they set the bar high.
