This office does have some issues. The lady who sits in the middle at the front desk is not kind at all. She is quite unhelpful and rude to be honest. However, I do like my provider. So, I just avoid the receptionist with the sour personality when I go in. Update. My doctor won’t see me because her NP left and now I’m a new patient again. I waited weeks to see a doctor (any doctor in the office) only to get a message the morning of that I need to reschedule. This is not health care.
I have to say the same as other people about the from desk staff they are horrible. One of the Doctors left Candice I understand why because the practice is Awful there. Did not get a warning that she left and now expected to schedule with another doctor at this shitty place to get my meds. No help at all. I hope no one uses this place for anything. I will have to find another doctor to help me out
This was my first time to visit the office. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly! Nurse was very friendly. Dr. Hodges was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. I am thrilled to have found her.
Love the convenience. The care is great!
