This office does have some issues. The lady who sits in the middle at the front desk is not kind at all. She is quite unhelpful and rude to be honest. However, I do like my provider. So, I just avoid the receptionist with the sour personality when I go in.
The staff are very nice in the front office.
I made an appointment online for a done density test and scheduled myself for the following day at 10:40. My appointment was confirmed immediately via email. I arrived at the Tomball location about 15 minutes early and given 2 pages of paperwork to fill out. I was called into my appointment before my designated time and all went smoothly and efficiently. Highly Recommended. 👍🏻
I really like my provider, but it shouldn’t be this hard to get my medication. I was told my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. It wasn’t. The pharmacy doesn’t have it and MyChart literally says it hasn’t been sent. Meanwhile, I’m just over here rocking high sugar levels while I wait for someone to actually push the prescription through. I have called and messaged multiple times. No one cares.
