It was a follow-up for ant bites. They were courteous, caring, professional and proficient. I usually do a Sudoku while I'm waiting...well, I barely had time to get it out; I was seen promptly upon my arrival.
I was highly satisfied with the lab staff work. They are always very skillful and polite. The lab room is clean. The work was done in a timely manner. The results were reviewed with Dr. Ali Sawal. The clear and organized list for the next steps and followed up appointment helps communicate effectively and ensures to get the most out of the limited time.
