I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Alexander Laceras was incredibly thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and didn't rush the appointment. The front desk staff was welcoming, and my wait time was minimal. The on-site lab work was quick and easy.

Dr. ALI and her staff are incompetent and incapable of doing their job. Every time I have an appointment I arrive at the clinic to be told my appointment has been canceled due to the clinic not accepting my insurance. I give them my insurance and they tell me I need to reschedule. This is the second time! If this happens again I will be finding a new doctor.
