I have the best care with the best team Dr Umah , is the best provider her nurses are phenomenal.
As always a great experience with the staff, nurses and Doctor.
Front staff misrepresented or was ignorant about my insurance. She was reading my insurance and told me I had a deductible plan, which was false. I told her my plan was a copay of 25 - she said wrong it’s 139. She said she could read further or I could cancel. I canceled. Called my insurance and verified it was a copay and my agent had no idea why she was telling me anything other. Why is your staff w or without knowledge giving false information which leads to discouragement of new patients coming to your clinic?
