My only issue with this place is the office staff and phone system. It’s so hard to get in touch with the office staff and the office staff was difficult to talk to and the answers to my questions contradicted my insurance plan. I told them this and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The phone system needs help too. There are too many options and it talks way too much. But I loved my doctor.
Dr. Julie Hung is a very caring primary care physician. Spends time with you and is very efficient at responding to MyChart. Highly recommend.
