My mother receives care here by Dr. Khera. Our experience thus far has been nothing but positive. The front and back office staff are very professional, and Dr. Khera is very attentive and doesn't 'rush' my mom. I also appreciate that when we call, they respond in a very reasonable amount of time.
Do NOT come to this place if you want empathetic, customer-oriented, and most importantly, ACCURATE results from this “medical” practice. 1. Not only did they deliver me FALSE DIAGNOSES regarding my health, they INSULTED me for even questioning or insinuating that their results could POSSIBLY be wrong. 2. The office is also HIGHLY UNORGANIZED since they didn’t even bother delivering me the rest of the results from my yearly bloodwork checkup. 3.
