I called to make an appointment for my annual women wellness exam with a MD and was told the next available appointment would be December. But its July. My sign to keep moving on.
There are a few issues with Methodist. I can NOT directly call my doctor's office and have to go to call their main number and ask them to relay my message to my doctor which sometime takes a couple of days to receive a response. Another problem with Methodist is their billing / admission department. By advise of my doctor I had to do a lung CT scan. I called Methodist and asked them to check with my Insurance and advise how much my co-pay was. Few days later they called me back saying my co-pay was around $105 which I paid ... read more
