Very pleasant experience, I feel like they"re watching over my well being.
I don’t like leaving one start reviews but I have to in this case. I come to the appointment and their first thing I see all of these signs saying complete e-check in before checking in at the front desk. I do this and it takes forever because there are some many questions as well as photos and credit card information to uploaded. Once I’m done is about 15 mins after my appointment. They don’t waste my time. My therapy sessions are filled with specific activities for my condition. My OT Michael, is knowledgeable and considerate. Watching him work with others in the unit shows he is a team player and others benefit from their teamwork. He makes sure an understand my “homework “ and when my next appointment is. Methodist Sugar Land has a great department.
The Houston Methodist Primary Care Group on SH6 is so convenient and the staff is so professional. I'm glad their services are so close to me and their schedules are pretty open when I need to schedule a visit
