While Houston Methodist is, on the whole, 5 STARS as a Medical Facility, they seem to have a serious problem managing their nursing staff; specifically Britany at the Montgomery Care Facility. She is extremely Rude and Condescending. I reported her to Mike, the manager, and he acted as though he really didn't want to discuss the problem. So, If you go there, be sure to watch out for Britany !!!
