At Primary care, care is primary! From the moment you are greeted by the administrative staff, to chatting with the prep nurse, and visit with the doctor who listens, asks questions and is not rushed, to the lab work at the end. A great experience leaving you refreshed and looking forward to your next visit.
Excellent staff. Very short waiting time. Very personable Primary Care Provider. Very happy with this office and their procedures.
Get a Second or even a 3rd option. It's ok to know if your health is not being properly managed. If even management does not care to hear your concerns, it's time to move on. Coming from someone who gives as much grace a possible. Not be sent to walkin clinic instead of being able to see the doctor your paying a PPO insurance plan for. My first time going to this here was amazing. Everyone was so nice ...my PA Tracy Thigpen was awesome. I hate that she is leaving but I'm sure the other Dr's are just as good. This my new health care system.
