Excellent staff. Very short waiting time. Very personable Primary Care Provider. Very happy with this office and their procedures.
Get a Second or even a 3rd option. It's ok to know if your health is not being properly managed. If even management does not care to hear your concerns, it's time to move on. Coming from someone who gives as much grace a possible. Not be sent to walkin clinic instead of being able to see the doctor your paying a PPO insurance plan for. My first time going to this here was amazing. Everyone was so nice ...my PA Tracy Thigpen was awesome. I hate that she is leaving but I'm sure the other Dr's are just as good. This my new health care system.
Dr. Broussard is a outstanding physician
From the moment I entered this establishment I felt validated. I was frustrated with the MyChart checkin (user error ) and the reception stepped in and got everything sorted. Dr. Broussard was attentive and listened and that is always needed. The phlebotomist is also always so sweet! I definitely recommend this facility!
