I see Dr. Broussard, and I love her and her staff. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers questions appropriately. I’ve been seeing her for a while and would definitely recommend
No clue what the negative reviewers are talking about! Front desk is efficient and polite, MA Ashley is extremely kind and will remember you personally from previous visits, and Dr. Broussard will take all the time you need to have questions answered and make sure you understand her actions. Really great primary care facility!
Extremely unprofessional attitude of Dr. Broussard. Not once but multiple times, I have scheduled an appointment and right on that day the office calls and cancels the appointment!!! Its worst clinic and dont waste your time on getting an appointment Here. She was my PCP but now no more, I scheduled a visit 4 days prior for a sick visit because of cough. 45 min before my appointment they called to tell me that Dr. Broussard is not seeing patients with cough!!!! I wanted to take a moment to shout out to Houston Methodist Primary Care Group for giving exceptional customer service today over the phone. Specifically, the amazing Anthony. He was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond in helping me.
If you are a new patient. I suggest you select another practice. I was 6 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic and after already being checked in at the front desk, Dr J. Broussard request that I be cancelled and rescheduled in which that date was 3 weeks out. I’m in search of a new provider to help me manage my inconsistent high blood pressure and had talked with her nurse a few days prior to this appointment regarding my high blood pressure.
