Houston methodist primary care group is the best. I use Dr Roberto Fernandez. When you first meet him your impression is the picture of health. He speaks in ordinary language and answers all your questions. Very friendly and to the point on your health problems. You are seen on timeno long waits. when you leave you have a complete copy of all your visit details.
I find that the patient always come first which makes me feel like they see and hear me.
This was an excellent experience. Changing Doctors at 64 years old is not comfortable, but Houston Methodist made it so convenient. The appointment was prompt, the scheduling process was easy, and there was not a long wait. From registration to completion was less than an hour. My new Doctor is super nice and knowledgeable. The facility is quiet, clean, and comfortable. I am so glad Bluecross gave me their number!
