Dr. Vaidya and her staff are superb, and I am blessed to have finally discovered a care team that intentionally strive to understand and promptly and compassionately respond. They “get” me, so I’m grateful I have got them.
Dr Gardner was great! Always attentive and a pleasure to be with her.
I have been attempting to get a prescription refill and followed their directions to contact MY pharmacy to send the request in. However no one in the office has been responding to the requests and I have since gone without my prescription for over a week. I'm frustrated since my PCP has left the practice and if they need me to schedule an appointment to visit with someone new then tell me that. Don't ignore the requests or not respond.
Tried doing a video visit with them today. joined call on time waited 15 minutes before being seen (which wasn’t bad) then was told I was not online- I had to reconnect with them. Got back online and all of my connections and equipment working properly on my end. NP seeing me getting increasingly frustrated with me and did not call back and was very disappointed and frustrated as well as I just needed a quick visit which turned out to be a hour waste of both our time.
