I am very disappointed in the wait time to be seen. I waited an hour before doctor came in and then was asked to wait longer for labs. I left. Totally unacceptable wait times. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

I called last week to get a sick appt and was told they had nothing available but would need to talk to Dr. Bonds to see if she could accomodate her and I would get a call back within 48 hours. Never received a call back and ended up taking my mother to Houston Methodist Hospital where she was admitted on Saturday and is still there.

I saw Dr. Bond in the woodlands office. She was competent and would have been a good option going forward but unfortunately the staff is horrendous. After waiting three months for a follow up appointment they cancelled 45 minutes before on the day of saying she was never going to be in the office. And then when I tried to reschedule they said her soonest was in 2 months. At no point were they going to work me in regardless of them screwing up.
