Dr. Priya Shah is amazing. She sat down and talked to me about all my concerns without making me feel rushed. She explains test results in a way everyone can understand. Her tone is warm and caring, and I felt like she was genuinely interested in my well-being.
I went to this group at the Studewood location for 5 years and they were like a well oiled machine. No wait times, my pcp and her medical assistant were fabulous and efficient and there was privacy for the lab. The 20th St location however is a very different story that uses ultra high tech that this 68 year old finds confusing and frustrating. I have been going here for several years and service is incredible! They are always on time and do labs here. Dr. McCorrmick is wonderful and is very responsive.
