Had the displeasure of coming into contact with nurse Debra, who chose to have her day off instead of completing a physical for my child. When asked why we couldn't get this physical done with the doctor, she refused to let us contact the doctor because Debra wanted to leave early and to come back the next day, despite the fact that I clarified that I had already scheduled an appointment for that specified day. Beware of nurses who are incompetent and only care about themselves.

Dr. Chong is superb, always listens and addresses our concerns. My wife and I both appreciate her and the staff. They are always professional and courteous, and see us as needed.
