Dr. Bo Song is awesome. Extremely attentive and informed. Great doctor. I drive an hour for his consultations, glad I found him.
I've been in several different rehab facilities. Methodist Rehab is the absolute best rehab I have ever been in. Everyone from therapist, nurses, doctors and PCA's, were caring, attentive, knowledgeable and supportive.
I hate giving negative reviews, especially for healthcare providers, but as one myself, I think it’s important to be an informed patient. I waited over 2.5 weeks for my initial appointment. The day of my appointment, they called to reschedule because the therapist I was scheduled with had to be out unexpectedly. They tried to push me to a different day and I asked if they could try to work something out for that day (as I had already made work arrangements to be there).
