I've called several times to try to get an appointment but only get answering service, so I took my business elsewhere. You wouldn't think this would happen at a prestigious top of the line hospital.

I am a first time patient and the office visit went good. The doctor prescribed oral and topical medications , however the topical had an ingredient I was allergic to, sent a message in MyChart and no response for a week, phoned to try and get resolution and true to form lady on the phone was indeed rude, as stated in multiple reviews. I was told the doctor would return my call, nope , called 2 other times and we are now 2 weeks past the last call and still no response. I came here because I thought I was imagining things. I called during their lunch hour- the answering service lady= RUDE. Then I called after lunch, well Andrea= RUDE AS HELL as well‼️... there's abasolutely no way I'm taking my business to an establishment such as this. Andrea, learn how to speak with the people who pay you!

The lady who answered the phone was so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She kept talking over me, talking while I was answering her, and interrupting me in a very annoying and frustrating way. With the other reviews, I got the impression that the staff and the doctor who is leading this place are the same so I canceled the appointment.

The doctor seems to be in a hurry and won't listen... I've got pain issues in my complete spine that need to be addressed. Slow down and hear me. Show some compassion, too!
