My experience at Houston Methodist West Outpatient Rehab has been by far the most positive experience that I have ever had. The front reception and scheduling staff are the most helpful, and friendly employees that I have ever experienced at a medical facility. The therapist is very knowledgeable in the field, very helpful and super easy to communicate with! I highly recommend them to anyone! Both of my experiences in the Katy Tx. facility were perfect for me. All patients are interviewed & tested at the beginning & end of therapy. The facility is clean & well taken care of . Every staff member is well trained & show care & concern for each patient. I felt safe & secure as I was monitored for each past of my therapy. I believe my cardiovascular system is much improved w/this program & I remain so grateful for every employee who was part of my rehabilitation.

My teen daughter went to this office for post concussion PT and the Dr. was excellent. Her therapy was focused and targeted and it was instrumental in her recovery.

I felt I needed to write this review, because what I have to say is important. Last February through March, I was sent for physical therapy because of arthritis causing back pain. I had a total of 5 visits which lasted an hour each time. I liked my physical therapist very much, but was charged $3,000 for the five visits! I had asked ahead of time how much visits would be, but was told that I would simply receive a final bill AFTER all five visits had been completed.
