I don’t know how this place got bad reviews. It was probably one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a Dr and staff. From the receptionist, to the nurse and the x ray tech. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Dr Saddiqi (sp?) was wonderful. He didn’t keep us waiting in the room. He was prompt, he explained things in a manner we understood, took his time and asked if we had any additional questions. The front office staff is horrible. No communication whats so ever. Had my FMLA paperwork for over a week. I called to check on it twice and would never receive a call back. Finally on the third try I am told it is completed, but must pay to get it. Dr. Siddiddee is very nice and did a great job explaining things. I needed stint for my finger. When I got to place to get it done they told me the temp piece he put on was upside down and too big. Do not recommend at all.
Dr. Siddiqui is a good capable doctor but the front desk staff is incompetent. On my first visit they botched up my insurance information, failing to understand that I was covered even seeing my insurance card and calling the insurance, yet they marked me as uninsured. Next I got xrays in November and needed to give them to my physical therapist in January and they didn't have me in the records because they delete everything from the system on January 1st. They gave my son ultimate care!! We were in and out in about an hour, with x-rays done and a cast on! We will be coming back for any of our orthopedic needs! Thank you for the amazing service!!
