They had the wrong address posted. When I tried to call and get right address NOBODY answered for 20 minutes so I missed my appointment. Finally went to my evaluation and was told I had to wait 2 weeks to be seen again. It says suite 200 so I'd assume It be on the second floor but its literally to your right when you walk in downstairs. Very annoying going back and forth with no heads up. I tried to set up an appointment yesterday and today, and the receptionist who answered the phone would not help me. She kept hanging up on me. I recorded her hanging up on me again and will report her. Don't treat people this way. I don't know if your racist or what, just because you hear a hispanic name, you disregard me. Or if you dont like your job, go somewhere else. I finally got to set up an appointment by the 5th time I called and was so upset with the lady thinking it was the same one. I had PT with Jonathan “Tyler” Vaughn after my back surgery and he was amazing. He reviewed all of my surgeon medical records and developed a Workout plan that accelerated my recovery and ability to re-start my distant walking. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Gracie is an administrator that deserves a raise and Promotion! I'm a tough patient and Gracie got on the line and overcame the obstacles for this Fantastically 20 Star Review for her with Dr. Brook (Great surgeon!) to get me to the next phase of recovery with Success!!
