Excellent appointment with Dr. Aleman for my daughter. First, the doctor was on time! He spent a long time with us and thoroughly examined my daughter’s issues and explained suggestions for treatment and surgery. He addressed all of her concerns, gave us a timeline and covered risks as well as what to expect for recovery. We were very impressed and look forward to working with Dr Aleman going forward.

Dr. Aleman was kind and agreeable during my consultation, and I appreciated his demeanor. However, I experienced significant communication challenges with the office staff and scheduling coordinator. After being instructed to call back the following week for my treatment plan and scheduling, I followed up via email and multiple phone calls over several days with no update from anyone at the office. Dr. Aleman and his staff took great care of me. I was able to schedule a consultation within one week and was scheduled for surgery two days after the consultation. Had multiple follow-ups that were covered by insurance. The front desk staff and surgical assistant crystal were friendly and seem to enjoy their work.
Warning!?!!! They canceled my appointment and I came there. They were unapologetic and said I should have called. They said they left a voice message. They could have texted or emailed. Me. They don't care!
