The management is purely commercial. Went for an annual physical and charged me for an additional (on top of charging my insurance on physical) doctor’s visit just because I mentioned that i have been having heartburn issues lately. That too only after the doctor asked me if i had any issues. He never mentioned that they would charge me if I told him about this on top of my annual visit charges. When I talked to management about it, they were adamant that they charge an extra visit.
It was my first time at this office and the warmest greetings I received from the staff was what ever office Needs to be like, although I was way early for my appointment I was accommodated to be seen, the technician was pleasant and after reviewing my chart she realized we both shared the same Birthday month which made me feel more comfortable shortly after my appointment began I saw the Nurse Practitioner which was alright her professionalism was made is by far appreciated by my, she addressed All my issues's and concerns ... read more
