Having a bad experience with a prior MRI where the attendant left to booths left me a bit nervous about MRI. Sitting at Methodist waiting an hour because they are running late has left me over the top stressed. I’ve seen people that come after me gone now. The front desk people are brisk. The check-in kiosk attendant apathetic. This is not at all like Willowbrook. People were nice there even though they were busy. I regret choosing this location for an MRI.
We go every 4 months and they are pleasant, efficient and always on time.
