Very disappointing and unethical experience I went in on November 14th for my annual physical exam, which is supposed to be fully covered by my insurance once per year. Instead of a routine checkup, the doctor Adriana Gomez added diagnoses that I do not have, seemingly to bill additional services that were never discussed or justified. To start, the two doctors I see are great. The problem lies in the billing department. Let me preface this by saying I'm in the healthcare billing industry so I know what they should & should NOT be doing. They're committing insurance fraud and/or theft from their patients. For example, I went in for a physical and they billed me for TWO visits...a physical and a weight loss appointment. There was no weight loss appointment.
