I had to go to my primary to get a referral to go to Nancy Yarbrough gastrologist and she could not treat me so I have to pay $70 again for another doctor to treat me…. This is ridiculous. I want a credit for what I needed she could not do…
Don't go here! Total jerks that waste your time. Verified insurance was in network, through them before making the appointment, just to drive an hour and a half for the receptionist to tell me they are out of network. Even though I got my insurance on the phone confirming they were in network, they would no longer see me. They called me after I left to confirm it was in fact an error on their part and reschedule me. YEAH RIGHT! You've already wasted 5 hours of my time. The doctor prescribed medicine for me that was $250 for a one month's supply. He didn't tell me that and never offered to discuss alternatives. I was disappointed.
