I am sorry I chose WillowBrook You will be too! the Hospital has had every staff member call me to arrange a place to move the patient. when the patient is STILL NOT STABLE!!!! and still no diagnosis she is no better than when she entered!!.....There has been little empathy zero courtesy for myself nor for the ill family member WMH Lacks compassion . unprofessional worst experience ever - went for severe chest pains - seen by a nonprofessional looking nurse with a nose ring - after 3 hours by a cardiologist who sat back in a chair putting his feet up on my bed - than wanted to transfr me to another hospital against my wishes as i wanted to go home - completely unprofessional cocky attitudes, felt unsafe and insecure in their hands - will never to there again
Happy to see positive reviews on Methodist SL hospital My experience was not so positive when I went to the ER room back 3-4 years. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and missed my heart attack. I was sent home with a diagnosis of Pleurisy. Not good! Hopefully, they have better doctors working the ER room, now. Carrie
labor here bad The labor and delivery here is terrible. Nurses were rude and rarely came into my room. My family was treated terrible. pain was not controlled at all. Won't come here again. I am very dissapointed.
Top Notch Place The nurses and staff of the hospital are exceptional here. I had a five day stay and the whole time they were attentive, friendly, and very professional in their jobs. The room was huge with plenty of room for family or visitors-not all cramped in like some places. Even the food was good here!! The location was convenient to reach and there are many nearby restaurants open late for your visitors.
THE BEST CARE! I had my first, second and third child at Methodist Sugar Land and would recommend to EVERYONE! We had the best care. Our third child had to be in the NICU for a few days (she's fine), the neonatologists were great too! They seem to be the foforgotten doctors!!! Thank you dr Chauhan for all that you did for our little girl! The nurses were great and really made my whole family feel at home. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I could not believe how bad the whole experience was. I made the appointment online. Then as instructed faxed the order and insurance information to the fax number given to me. I called to make sure the fax was received. I was told everything was received and in order. I called back 2 additional times last week to verify that there was nothing else needed. I got a call the day before the mri from the hospital to verify the appointment. At that time I was told again that everything was in order and they... read more
Never again Recently had surgery here. I was given the wrong medication twice and they tried to cover it up. My family and I were treated rudely. I never even had a nurse come in my room an entire 8 hour shift. Very disatisfying and scary care.
Excellent Hospital I am not a huge fan of hospitals, but I have had to stay and be treated at Methodist Sugar Land several times, and my visits have actually been rather pleasant. Well, the actual causes of the visits were not pleasant, but the hospital staff was accommodating and caring. Out of all of the doctors, nurses, and other various workers I encountered, I only had one nurse who was a little odd, but then again it was towards the end of her shift, and she was probably not at her best.
