HORRIFIC TREATMENT. 52 years old- Tonsillectomy A tonsillectomy is brutal at my age. The pain medication they prescribed was not in stock for two days during days 5 and 6 post-op, arguably the beginning of the most painful days. I broke into tears with the answering service because the staff never answers and did not respond back to me, as soon as I started crying, they hung up on me. Methodist Rehabilitation Facility and their staff are personable, professional, thorough and friendly. Shannon went through all of my rehab exercises with me on my first visit after spinal surgery. She made sure I was comfortable with the exercises and understood their purpose. I would recommend Shannon and her facility.
