Very impolite staff all around, also a very unprofessional female security guard working the front desk giving patients medical advice without being prompted too. Care was fine just the staff had the aura of obviously not wanting to be there and they take it out on the people that come through.
I have been here twice. The vibe in this place is unsettling. Nurses are rude and seem like you are a bother. IV was left in my arm for a long time without fluids after being told I was dehydrated. The IV was placed on the underside of my arm I would not put my arm down. I was given 2 small bottles of water that took a while to get. It was not busy. I did a CT scan with contrast. I had to go in at around 7pmish yesterday and everything was awesome. From the check in, the nurses and doctors were very caring and informative (and funny). This is my new clinic!
It is a wonderful emergency care place I had an arthritis on my shoulder with extremely high pain when I admitted. Everything went through very well they took care of me Thank you.
Excellent on-site staff especially the ER physicians. Dr Knight, Dr Spartz, and Dr Zeballos are amazing! However, the lady I just spoke to about imaging at the facility was rude, low-class class and crass!! I asked if abdominal US was available for my daughter, a simple question not needing your attitude!
