Excellent on-site staff especially the ER physicians. Dr Knight, Dr Spartz, and Dr Zeballos are amazing! However, the lady I just spoke to about imaging at the facility was rude, low-class class and crass!! I asked if abdominal US was available for my daughter, a simple question not needing your attitude!
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this place. An emergency room center would be able to provide to any EMERGENCIES this place is not that. They consider themselves on billing as a ER and will bill your insurance and you as such. Also when I went in for my issue, they only took 5 min with me and then told me they didn’t know for sure what the issue could be, and prescribed me two medications. I had to just go see my regular doctor afterward to get proper care. It was a Sunday and I wanted to get it looked at that day... read more
These people are scam artists BEWARE!!! I came in with just a deep cut I wanted lanced and stitched. They said they couldn't wouldn't etc. I was there for ten minutes and they bill me 2234.00! They are rude and uncaring and only out to sqrew you out of your money and do absolutely nothing for you.
Perfect! The doctor is perhaps the most knowledgeable and efficient that Ihave ever had in 67 years, the nurse as well. The CT tech was kind and thorough and the front office staff so friendly! I recommend to everyone!!!
BAD PATIENT CARE!!! PENNY WAS NONCHALANT, RUDE , AND RACIST! So rude to me and my family! She needs more training because the way she behaved is not how you treat a family who could have just lost two of their family members in a car crash!
