Don't bother coming here, you might as well just go the the actual hospital. The care is marginal and the bill is ridiculous for what they actually do. I came in with a concussion and on top of the X-ray bills they billed 1400 for the doctor talking to me for less than 15 minutes. They never bothered to evaluate my other cuts and bruises, they didn't make any assessment of the degree of typical concussion symptoms like my balance or possible memory loss, and the NP incorrectly told me I could take ibuprofen or acetaminophen ... read more
Always super helpful staff, and they genuinely care about making sure you’re taken care of of. I use tricare/ VA healthcare and they are always spot on documenting that. It makes it a lot easier on me when I have to call the VA to report my visit.
Had flu took temp and tested for flu Bill was $4,000 for 1 hour
The facility was nice and clean and the service seemed good at the time. The attendant would not tell me if they took tricare until after I was seen. I took that as odd but was in a bad place and needed attention. My visit resulted in being prescribed 3 medications that I asked to be filled next door at CVS. Two of those prescriptions were filled quickly but the pharmacy never received the third. I waited thinking it was an issue with stock of that particular prescription but in fact CVS confirmed they never received the act... read more
Excellent on-site staff especially the ER physicians. Dr Knight, Dr Spartz, and Dr Zeballos are amazing! Came back a couple more times for the kiddos, the staff is consistently awesome at all they do. Front desk, staff nurses and radiology staff were excellent Love this place. Its our go to now!
