I had been hit by a truck while riding my bike and after calling 911, they were taking too long so i walked to the nearest urgent care up the street and well at first they wanted me to fill out paperwork and have a seat, even though my head was bleeding out and I didn’t have any free hands as I was holding my bag up against the back of my head and that was really frustrating but after that everything was ok. The nurse drawing blood was a little uptight and not comforting but the doctor was awesome and reassuring

Excellent experience today at Houston Methodist ER Care Center at Voss! The team at this location is top notch. They were all professional, informative and friendly and made me feel like a VIP. From the sign in staff at the front desk to several medical staff members rotating through to do their part, all of them were superb. Wait time to be seen was only 5 minutes and the service was non-stop throughout. I hope NOT to need an ER anytime soon, but this is the place I would go. I was with my girlfriend during her visit to this urgent care, and I honestly can’t believe how poorly she was treated — especially while in obvious pain and distress. We showed up early in the morning with no one else in the lobby, and yet the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them. She asked basic questions about what was being done to her, and instead of getting proper explanations, she got attitude or was flat-out ignored. If I could give this urgent care 0 stars, I would, but sadly I can’t, so I’ll give it a 1 for the sake of the 2 doctors who were actually somewhat kind and helpful. I woke up on July 16th with extremely bad abdominal pain and severe cramps, along with some fatigue and vomiting, so I went to this urgent care at 5:14 am.
