My daughter went there with severe pain, the dr. there intimidated my daughter, he did do test on her, but made her feel like she shouldn’t be there. She was sent home but got worse and would not go back there because of him. He was at another facility, and I had to file a complaint against him Because of the way he treated her.

I went here after being sent from the next level care. I had a collision and was very concerned regarding internal damage. I was placed in a room and left with no one checking on me for 30-an hour multiple times. When someone finally came in they had me leave urine and drew blood. They left the IV in my arm and were going to inject me with medication. Not checking if I was allergic or anything. My mother has been seen at this facility several times, and each time I have come to meet her, I have encountered the same front desk employee whose demeanor has consistently been short, cold and unfriendly. She's never greeted me with a smile nor shown any warmth, concern or care during our interactions. And although those moments are short, they've been impactful enough to give me pause and concern. I came into the emergency room due to severe toothache pain and they gave me the lowest dosage of medicine even after explaining that o had been rotating over the counter medication and it wasn’t working. They told me the medicine would take a hour to kick in however it never kicked in so i literally am balling my eyes out due to the pain .. and o can’t get my medicine filled until 10am.
