Their employees Amanda and April told me it is ILLEGAL and against FEDERAL LAW to give me a good faith cost estimate for a simple chest x-ray without having already been seen. They REFUSED to give me ANY information until I came in with an appointment. That is so predatory and profit driven. They want sick people to overextend themselves and be financially obligated to them before they ever know how big of a bill they are stuck with. My wife took my daughter there yesterday to be checked out for a possible UTI from the very beginning of entering the place everyone was rude for some strange reason my wife had a couple of question for the nurse she would not even answer my wife just rude people at that location the Methodist Hospital downtown is awesome I have been going there for 4 years never a problem there everyone is wonderful there.

The best treatment ever ! My nurse Amanda was awesome she showed compassion and heart. She's a true gem to the team. Love this place !!!

Bought my daughter in because she had a high fever. The doctor had done 2 test, one for strep and the other for Covid. And billed my insurance $4,800. Never going back to this place. We were there not more than 45 minutes. Disgusting.And another thing, the doctor can bill you a separate bill as well. I got another bill for $421. I am never going back to this facility such a rip off.
