Methodist hospital that has commercials and billboards everywhere weren’t able to give me a 15-20 minute strep throat test. I had to wait an hour for results, said Dr. Michelle Brito - she didn’t give me any medicine nor treatment (even after seeing my irritated red swollen tonsils & throat) i left from Methodist in pain and fever-chills because my result came out as a false negative, which is pretty common with strep throat tests. Horrible, but I guess they tried. Went yesterday with my daughter she was early pregnant 4-6wks and having horrible pain in stomach to behind that while there increased to sides of abdomen and shoulders she was sweating and passed out. They confirmed the pregnancy and took hormone levels with ultrasound but missed it was an ectopic pregnancy and ruptured probably while there and sent us home pretty aggressively telling us it was just a bad stomach bug! Outstanding Care and Exceptional Teamwork! I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the entire team that cared for my husband today. The medical care he received was truly outstanding, and we were incredibly impressed by the professionalism, compassion, and efficiency of every staff member on duty.
FAST, Organized and professional. I walked in to this location on a Sunday around mid day and I was the only person in the waiting room I was checked in within 5 minutes, immediately taken to a room, saw the Dr while getting vitals and had my illness tests all done with in the first 10 minutes. I then waited 25 minutes in a comfortable patient room for test results revived those and was out of Dr office on my way in less than then 45 minutes total. I would go back and take my family too.
