I went through a terrifying ordeal but Houston Methodist was nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond for me in my time of need. The nurses were wonderful and extremely good at what they do. I can’t praise my doctors enough, they literally saved my life. My surgeon is an actual miracle worker. I was not expecting any of this to happen to me but I’m grateful the ambulance took me to Houston Methodist. I don’t think I’d be alive to type this out if the ambulance had taken my elsewhere.
Filled out the online form waited 3 business days for a call back and when I gave up and called the person who answered was rude and unhelpful.
