Avoid if you have BlueCross insurance. Their billing department is poorly run. They have continued to bill incorrectly and even after a three way call with BlueCross and their billing department where they were given the correct billing code they decided they had done it correctly. BlueCross has numerous complaints and is trying to work around their bad billing. Do yourself a favor and get a referral somewhere else. Receptionist at front desk today was extremely rude. She did not greet me with hello, rarely made eye contact and was very abrupt in answering my questions. Sad. Medical assistant was exceptional in taking my vitals and listening to my needs. Very professional and polished. Dr. Maged Anwer Amine spent about 6 quick minutes with me. Didn't take a whole lot of time to listen to my needs. Rarely made eye contact. I had a nuclear stress test last Friday and the employees were kind, explained what was being done, were very professional, and made me feel relaxed and I felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend Houston Methodist DeBakey Cardiologists.
