The new Creekside location is absolutely beautiful. 🤗The kiosk were very user-friendly and simple. I love the way they text you when the medical assistant was on her way to get you the doctor endocrinologist Shivani Tomar she was very friendly, 🥰🤗very knowledgeable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and listened to what I had to say before she even spoke and then she gave me some really good options and a plan. The staff was very kind as well. I feel blessed to have found her. ❤️🥰
Visited the newly opened Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center in Creekside and had a mixed experience. The facility itself is beautiful and clearly state-of-the-art, with a very clean and organized environment. I appreciated how my physician reviewed my medical record on a large screen during our visit—this helped make the conversation more engaging and informative.
