Dr. Rasi is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, explains everything that so we understand, compassionate and very easy to speak to in regards to our issues. The staff is friendly, welcoming and willing to work with you on scheduling appointments.
Front desk very rude. Terrible service.
This place sucks..... Not necessarily saying the docs.... But administration is VERY POOR. they may have good docs but reporting to my carrier.
It took me 3 weeks to get a doctor appointment here. I had to take a day off for my appointment. In the morning of my appointment, they called to cancel and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment a week later, then again, the day prior to this second appointment, they cancelled it and asked me to reschedule. I did not call them back. I will find another doctor.
This place is not welcoming. Dr. Orgeron is very intimidating and unprofessional. She talks over me, will not let me finish explaining my conditions, and makes me feel uncomfortable.
