My visit was great. It started with a quick check in at front desk by very polite and patient lady. Waiting room flowed smoothly without long wait. Technician who was preforming tests explained steps before proceeding and took time to listen and answer questions before proceeding. Wait to see doctor was short after exam and Dr Smith explained results and answered all questions while making us feel at ease. Very smooth and detailed visit.
Outstanding help. Treated as an individual and not a number.
This office is very nice with a spacious waiting area with comfortable chairs (some wide) that is well lit with windows along one wall. The staff are very efficient and friendly. My wait was not long with my name being called on time and I found the patient rooms to be clean and modern. As far as the doctor goes; well, I feel he has given me excellent care for over 14 years.
