The facility itself is nice, but I found the front desk staff in the breast care center to be a bit insensitive. They were loud when explaining information and did not match the patient’s tone. The registration process also felt loud and lacking sensitivity. It might help to have a more private area for registration so other patients cannot overhear personal financial or medical matters.

2 different Doctors sent them a referral 2 times different ways! They only received one supposedly. Filled out my paperwork and they never called me back. I called several times letting them know I'm in severe pain and need help asap. 3 whole weeks of pain and they do NOT care. They didn't even tell me they didn't accept my insurance. Just gave me the run around. If I could rate 0 I would. The staff is absolutely terrible. Get y'all's act together people. I have a high risk of cancer and this is ridiculous.
I moved out of state and established with a breast care center where I currently live. Upon establishing, nearly 2 months ago, I requested my records via the new facility. A second request was sent last week and the facility denies receiving any records to compare a previously abnormal mammogram to the one just performed. Called to inquire as to why my records haven't been sent and was told they didn't receive the request.
