Came in bad abdominal pain, doctor said she ordered me pain meds. After vaginal ultrasound, and me crying my eyes out. Hours later. Dr. Apologies says sorry about you not getting your pain medication we are under staffed. I have a high tolerance for pain, so me crying speaks volumes on my pain level. Never ever coming back here again.
San Jacinto Hospital ER doctors and nurses treat patient that go into the er with absolutely no compassion and like they are above everyone and this has happened to myself and everyone I have had conversations with many times, my daughter questioned becoming a nurse because of the things she saw, and the way sick patients were treated like trash, like anything they said didn't matter when she had to do her clinicals at the er there.
Worst ER I've ever been to, absolutely zero communication about what they are testing for. Saw a Dr. Once for 10 minutes over the course of 10 hours. Made my 69 MIL worth neuropathy wait 2 hours for a catheter after requesting one. I felt so bad for her, she was so uncomfortable.
