Alexander was very professional, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. However, my interaction with Jonathan at the triage front desk left me uncomfortable. I may have misunderstood his intentions, but the way he told me I could leave, along with his facial expressions, came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like there was an issue with me being there, which added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation.
