Great experience from checking in til the doctors completed my MRI . The staff was professional the office clean and they work fast to get you in and out. The receptionist that sits in the middle she made me comfortable from the beginning...
The staff at Richmond Ave location were excellent. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I was able to get on their schedule quickly and didn't wait long in lobby. I recommend them to anyone that needs a scan. They do quality work and have reasonable prices.
Everyone was amazing!!! I was there for a thyroid biopsy and the doctor was very gentle and explained everything to me.

I was at the one on Richmond and the place is beautiful. I love the rocks everywhere. They had good magazines, the staff was friendly, place was clean and my test started on time.

This is for the HEIGHTS location - W. 20 street 77008 Dealt with Laura Villarreal for scheduling. She was extremely accommodating and was able to get me in same day. Excellent experience with the scheduling ! Arrival @ location dealt with Courtney. Already had completed paperwork online and she was able to get me in within 2 minutes. Momo the technician was the consummate professional. I hate the closed MRI process and all three of the people I dealt with made it more than tolerable. KUDOS to Laura, Courtney and Momo!
