Amanda did not know how to properly go over the lease agreement so we were charged over 2000 dollars in fees because of her failure to properly explain to us that we were not allowed to have a ac unit in our rooms. Worst place for room rentals. Do not let her scam you. They make more money on fees than they do on actually renting... I am not the first person to deal with her lack of competence/mischievous omissions.

I’ve rented from Houston Management Company for the last 10 years. I can say they are very prompt with rectifying any maintenance issues. They really treat my rental like it was their own property.
My rental fell through last minute and Houston Management Company was able to get me in somewhere for less and the rental was in better shape then the previous place. Thank you for your help!
