Wish there was a such thing as 0 stars. I applied here for an apartment. I made multiple phone calls during normal business hours. No one would answer. I needed help with changing over a payment method after applying. No response no answer. Mind you, everything is online. So when you apply you don’t get a call. Just a confirmation email. I even went in person at my scheduled time to tour. I was told that the website is down and that touring in person is not available. If I could give these apartments 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a tenant for almost a year and I’m ready to move away! The apartment that I got been having issues with heat and a/c. Maintenance guys just come and patch it up instead of fixing it. I’ve been putting a work order for the a/c every couple of weeks due them not fixing the root cause. Can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move!
I haven’t been here 2 months and my A/C has been TWICE within a week span , first time it took them five days to fix , this time they still haven’t fixed ANYTHING, put in a request on 16th @5:00am , went up there Tuesday 17th before they closed and of course Aspen doesn’t know anything and wants to just put in a new request .. when we are promised 24 hour turn around .. have been up there everyday in the morning before I leave the lot and she constantly saying she doesn’t know and she will have to call maintenance.. finally ... read more
Aspen the lady in the office held my money order in her desk for over a week. I called up there multiple times asking why it hasn’t been entered into my account. She said she was holding onto it until more money orders came in so she can enter them in all at once. Uhhhh no is what I told her when I bring a money order in I expect it to be put into my account and posted by the next day like usual.
