awful. Leasing office is horrible at communicating. EVERY time you talk to them, they have attitudes. Takes forever to get nothing done. They paint over EVERYTHING. My flooring has been fucked up since we moved in. Water damage on my ceiling. There were stickers on my floors still from the previous tenant. Also, nothing can be hung for privacy on balcony AND balcony inspections like we live in an HOA.. Which is bs. We pay WAY too much a month for something this bad.

We showed up for a scheduled tour and they told us it was canceled due to rain. There was no communication beforehand that this would happen. Only after we drove out there and walked into the leasing office. The leasing agent was rude, acted like she was put out by being asked about the tour and didn’t even offer to reschedule it. We will not be back for another tour if this is how you treat future residents.

The woman in the office provides terrible service. Packages get stolen, and security is abysmal. The main gate never works. They only open the pool when they feel like it. There are cameras ONLY at the main entrance. They show no interest in helping you when an issue arises. The only saving grace is the maintenance staff; they are the only ones who actually do their job. Everything else is bad.

ROACH INFESTED ! Very RUDE ! All they care about is MONEY ! Applicances are nasty ! They repaint over everything . RENT IS NOT WORTH 1500!!!!!! And they don’t know how to talk to people at all ONLY BEEN HERE TWO MONTHS AND ITS BEEN TERRIBLE !
