They are every rude and don’t care about their patients there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The staff here is absolutely appalling. They are rude and unprofessional. My husband was called twice yesterday to reschedule his echo that was scheduled on the 27th. He even replaced his own mother’s appointment who was also reschedule AND seen today. He was turned away and told he didn’t have an appointment today. The girl who answered the phone had a bad attitude and was mocking me, putting me on hold while I tried talking to her. I have been a patient here for years and always dealt with the 2-3 hour waiting room wait times gracefully. Today was my last visit. I’m extremely tired of the rude staff and treatment. Today was the worst by far. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Don't go to Perry! Excruciating pain. Couldn't hold back the tears. By the looks of it, dislocated elbow. After about 15 min, of my constant crying, one nurse said in front of them all "we need you to stop crying your scaring the patients and us the employees."
