Great & friendly people & nice facility.
If you read any negative comments about this office, it's usually not about the doctors. The doctor that I met was fine and answered all my questions. But unfortunately, I cannot excuse what the office staff did. They violated HIPAA And did not respect the disclosures that I signed and the restrictions that I gave. I don't know if the doctor did this as well, but the office staff most certainly did. The doctor is great. Staff sucks. Does more need to be said? Like really sucks. They can’t wait to get you off the phone. They don’t send in prescriptions. They are annoyed and rude. I had to call 7 times over 5 days to have them tell the doctor to review my labs (which I also received) because I needed strong antibiotics asap. “No phone call is a good sign”. Every aspect of Dr. Munikrishnappa and his office is superb and has provided me with above and beyond the highest level of medical care. I was referred to Dr. Muni by my daughter's neighbor that had been to numerous doctors over many years, she finally came across Dr. Muni, and it was only he that determined and has successfully treated her severe kidney medical condition. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
