Anthony is very informative knows what he is doing from restoring and cleaning out your PC or laptop to explaining with you step by step on any issues you are having. For instances I was having issues with some corrupted filed and was able to give him a call and he helped explain each step on what I was able to do over the phone while I am out of the states.
