I have been a patient of Dr Tawa since 2006, and have absolutely nothing but praise for him. BUT his front office staff is complete garbage and should NOT be dealing with the public in any fashion. My last visit I came in 5 min early, only to be rudely told I was late. I corrected her by showing the appt conformation text with time. No apologies from her, just a rude ill see if we can squeeze you in. Today I get a call 10 min before my appointment needing insurance info. Love my heart dr Raghezi
Dr Tawa has been my cardiologist since 2006. My visits have always been pleasant, he takes time to answer any questions I have, and explain procedures. When I don't see him, his nurse practitioner, Angie, is just as knowledgeable and very friendly. I only deal with the front staff briefly at check ins, but they have always been top notch too.
