Extremely through with their inspection. The home inspected for us was from 1939 and was guaranteed to have issues and code violations. They found an issue with the power box being excessively hot, potentially being a fire hazard. Would/will use again.
Chris conducted a thorough review of the property and gave live feedback on several items via video call. He explained items/concerns clearly and answered my questions on the live call. The final report was detailed with complete explanations. He also answered followup questions promptly. All interactions were kind and professional. Highly reccomend.
