Had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle here. Kim Jefferson was very patient and knew everything about the vehicle. They were easy to deal with and it did not take long to make a deal. I got the impression that Kim is especially good with older folks that struggle with new technology.
This is a review for the service department. Overall an ok experience at check in. The electronic recommendation list and document is a good touch (nobody came to talk to me re details of what was found) so I had to sign the document electronically, Be prepared to wait: 2.5 hrs (despite being on time from my end) for a filter replacement, tire alignment and fluid replacement!
