I rate my car buying experience 5 stars. From the selection of cars, financing options,warranty and price they did their best. But the absolute best part of the whole experience was working with Kyle Lowe. He wasn’t pushy, helpful, and truly listened to my needs, and concerns. I had a great experience with Dan Khalid, he was awesome and kind. I was looking for a Santa Fe and had gone to other locations and I had a horrible experience that day with the other dealership. Dan's customer service was amazing before I got there and during the process. I didn't make an appointment but I did call to speak to a sales guy and he was it. Employees in this place don't know what they doing, got a letter from huyndai for a recall, went there and they say ur car Vin shows it dosnt need the service but u have a anti theft recall, I show her that she's wrong the paper HAS my Vin number and the car Is called for a recall, and I ask when can I take car of that anti theft thing , she say it's on Sunday, asked what time ? No one knows, I swear, that's what I got from that place , nothing. Never again
