This is a review for the service department. Overall an ok experience at check in. The electronic recommendation list and document is a good touch (nobody came to talk to me re details of what was found) so I had to sign the document electronically, Be prepared to wait: 2.5 hrs (despite being on time from my end) for a filter replacement, tire alignment and fluid replacement! I rate my car buying experience 5 stars. From the selection of cars, financing options,warranty and price they did their best. But the absolute best part of the whole experience was working with Kyle Lowe. He wasn’t pushy, helpful, and truly listened to my needs, and concerns. I had a great experience with Dan Khalid, he was awesome and kind. I was looking for a Santa Fe and had gone to other locations and I had a horrible experience that day with the other dealership. Dan's customer service was amazing before I got there and during the process. I didn't make an appointment but I did call to speak to a sales guy and he was it.
