Moved into my house and had my carpets cleaned (thought I would have had to thrown them away) but they cleaned like new and smelt fresh and clean.
My carpets are almost 10 years old, but after being cleaned, they looked and smelled like new. Your company was able to remove pet stains and odors left behind from two dogs. The chemicals used did not have an overwhelming smell and was safe for my children and dogs. The service was professional from start to finish. Not only did the technician take care in the appearance and cleanliness of my carpet, but he also took great care in protecting my walls and doorways during the cleaning.

have to say they are THE BEST!! I have had my carpets cleaned by Houston Hydra-Steam Tuscaloosa and they are a lot better, and a lot less expensive as well! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done!! They are even pet friendly, and get the pet accidents out too. WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE!!! I was very impressed with their level of service, and prices! Thank You Houston Hydra-Steam Tuscaloosa so much for an excellent job! In fact schedule me for an every month carpet cleaning!!!
Good. The young man who did the work did it well, arrived on time, no problems. The carpet did not take a lot of time to dry. I used to clean our carpet myself, but it just didn`t work well. I`ll use your service again.
